NJ State Police Arrest Man Wanted for Murder in Dominican Republic
The New Jersey State Police have arrested Felix Peguero-Mendez, 62, of West New York, N.J., for allegedly fatally shooting a woman in the Dominican Republic on February 15, 2012. According to a statement released by police, in February 2013, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts issued an arrest warrant for Mr. Peguero-Mendez after he fled the Dominican Republic and assumed a new identity in Massachusetts.
