How can we get a refund from MFI?

My daughter ordered a kitchen from MFI, which has now gone bust. They haven't fulfilled her order so how can she get her money back?

12 Feb 2009 ... My daughter ordered a kitchen from MFI. She paid the deposit by cheque and the balance by credit card. MFI say they cannot fulfil her order.
