The Honorable Francis P. O'Connor, 79, of Shrewsbury, retired Justice of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and former Justice of the Massachusetts Superior Court, died at Notre Dame du Lac in Worcester after contending for several years with Alzheimer's disease. Justice O'Connor was the beloved husband of 52 years of Ann E. (O'Brien). Born in Boston on December 12, 1927, son of the late Thomas Lane and Florence Mary (Hagerty) O'Connor, Justice O'Connor was raised in Belmont and lived briefly in Medford and Grafton before settling in Shrewsbury in 1962. He attended Belmont public schools and graduated from Boston College High School in 1945. <BR><BR>Justice O'Connor graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 1950, after serving two years in the United States Army in the occupation of Korea following World War II. In 1953 he graduated from Boston College Law School and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar, and later to the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the U.S. Court
