DP Of 'Black Adam,' Lawrence Sher, Drops A Hint Of The Film's Tone
Coming off the success as the cinematographer for ‘Joker,’ we know that Lawrence Sher is set to be the director of photography for ‘Black Adam.’ Little is known about the Dwayne Johnson starring film outside of the fact that it is set in the same universe as ‘Shazam!,’ but now we’re getting an idea of the film’s tone. However, according to Sher in a recent interview with Collider: “One of my interests about it is to continue to sort of—and we’ve talked about it with Dwayne and obviously with Jaume and DC—can we continue to sort of reshape what a comic book movie is? Like yes, of course, you want it to be entertaining, and it has to make a decent amount of money so it can’t live in such a fringe place that it doesn’t bring people in, but can we do something inventive?
