State College police are searching for a missing 19-year-old woman who was reportedly last seen Friday morning. Police say a missing person's report was filed for 19-year-old Claire O'Connor, who was last seen on Friday around 10 a. m. Claire O'Connor is described as a white female, approximately 5 feet, 6 inches tall, with brown hair and blue eyes. Authorities say she was last seen wearing a black hoodie.
