The Community FIRST (Feedback, Issues, Resolution, Solutions, TODAY) process is designed to identify and resolve issues at installation level that address the well-being of Airmen, Soldiers and the families of Joint Base Lewis-McChord. Community FIRST is a continuous issue resolution process and serves as the issue collection source for the installation Armed Forces Action Plan (AFAP) annual symposium and AFAP conference.
