Das Neves, Valdemar Calisto Passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 31, 2008 at Freeport Health Centre of Grand River Hospital at the age 66. Beloved husband of Maria Das Neves for 46 years. Loving father of Maria Veiga (Victor), Valdemar (Paul) Neves, Mario Neves (Krista), Joe Neves and Ligia Neves. Dear grandpa to Paula, Yvonne, Samantha, Denesha, Mya, Javan, Aaron, Adrien and Kassondra. Great-grandpa to Olivia. Dear brother of Armando, Urceno and Julieta. Valdemar’s family will receive relatives and friends on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Parish prayers 8 PM Sunday evening. Prayers will be offered in the funeral home chapel at 9:20 AM on Monday, August 4, 2008 followed by procession to St. Joseph’s R.C. Church (148 Madison Ave., S., Kitchener) for Funeral Mass at 10 AM.
