Phone number change can't login facebook (need code)

Well, I recently changed my FB name and somehow the security phone number verification prompt popped up and I can't log in because I don't have my old phone number anymore and idk what to do. Please help I lost all of my games that are saved on Facebook! :'(

Sep 20, 2019 ... Phone number change can't login facebook (need code) ... I can't reset my Facebook password because I can't access the email or mobile ...
