4/5: I liked book two of the triology more than book one, not for the "murder mystery" but for the personal development in the main protagonist's life. It's a nice read, but the ending felt awkward and somehow not "natural" in the flow of the story. It's as if she was not sure who would be the killer until the end of the story. I did not buy into what felt like a fantasy touch in the book. Witchcraft and sorcery are not my cup of tea.
