Myers wins NSIC 10,000 meter championship in record time
WINONA, MN – On a day more resembling the Northern Sun cross country championships than the outdoor track & field championships, the University of Mary's Derek Myers dominated the only event on the opening day of the 2018 NSIC outdoor championships. The junior distance runner broke a conference record to win the 10,000 meter run while competing in wet mid 40s temperatures.
