Why is “diversity” important at Facebook? Rob Campbell: Diversity is important at Facebook because we have a responsibility to people who use our products and platforms to ensure our teams are a reflection of them. The technology industry as a whole has a problem with the representation of underrepresented groups, and at Facebook we are not where we'd like to be.
