Provide link to Facebook Open Graph debugger (D8)

Problem/Motivation Lots of folks don't know about the Facebook Open Graph debugger. Proposed resolution Provide a link in the descriptions of the OG and Facebook groups to make it easier for site admins to confirm how FB parses the meta data. Remaining tasks Add links.
