Ana Lobo
Ana Lobo, MD, MPH, is an anesthesiologist who specializes in obstetric and gynecologic anesthesia. “I enjoy caring gynecologic patients,” Dr. Lobo says. “I can really relate to female concerns, including emotions, surrounding childbirth and truly believe that a woman's experience, both physical and emotional, affects her relationship with her child and marital and familial relationships.” Dr. Lobo says she loves “taking pain, anxiety, and fear away” from patients and seeing the results of helping a woman—and her family—during an important life chapter. Dr. Lobo is an assistant professor of clinical anesthesiology at Yale School of Medicine.
