Facebook oEmbed

Adds Facebook support to the media oEmbed remote video type. This module might stop working if Facebook changes the way it is presenting the data. The thumbnail and title are not cleanly obtained from oEmbed JSON. The thumbnail URL is retrieved from the iframe, it therfore requires an http request, and another request is needed to download the image to get it's dimensions. This makes saving an image for the first time a slow process. The title/name field is parsed from the oembed json html field.
