Facebook wants you to apply online today. In early July, the social media giant released its annual diversity report to disgruntled remarks. The company revealed only a marginal uptick in its recruitment of new female, Black and Hispanic hires over the last year and has since set a lofty goal to have half of its U.S. workforce be from under-represented groups by 2024.
