Do not store default Facebook silhouette profile pictures

If Facebook user does not set a profile picture, Facebook uses a silhouette, based on gender. See picture attached here. Actual Silhouette picture is saved like a regular image, and becomes user picture in Drupal account. Expected Drupal account simply has no user picture defined. Drupal sites defining a default picture will display this one instead, which is a better choice than the Facebook silhouette. Patch attached to address this feature request.
