1,693 reviews for Facebook, 3.4 stars: 'They take the money and don't return calls, emails or FB Messages and leave you with an invalid tracking #! I tried reaching out to them through their customer service number and could never get through, mid day, early morning, late at night, during the week and even on weekends. Got a very shifty email reply back that said I had to choose a number that corresponded to what I was inquiring about. I did that 2 times and no response. I threatened that I would contact the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Complaint Dept. I repeated this message on their Facebook page. No replies at all. I see other reviews of this company on Facebook with the same results! However, I did finally receive the product but without any communication at all!'
