George “Thomas” Delaney - (1935-2017), North River, passed away peacefully on May 19, 2017. Thomas is survived by children, Glenda Conrad, Glen Delaney, Pamela (Gary) Lynds, Allen Delaney and James Delaney. He will be remembered with love by his, grandchildren Tanya Conrad, Jessica Conrad, Colby Delaney, Cydney Delaney, Rylan Sachs; step grandchildren Jannetta Boomer, Chris Boomer, Tasha Stokdijk, Melissa Porter, as well as his great grandchildren, Keira, Luna and Mason Thomas, whom he loved so very much. Thomas will also be remembered fondly by his twin sister; Maryann (Ernie) Wilson; sister, Lila Lynk; brother, Curtis Delaney, many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Thomas was predeceased by his loving wife of 57 years, Winnifred (Weatherbee); brothers, Dexter and Robert, infant sister, Elizabeth The family would like to send a special thanks to the Palliative Care doctors, Dr.’s Henderson and Aries, nurse, Lisa Wilson as well as the VON Home Support Team.
