Wirecast 11 transition freeze and sync issue

Issue 1: When I transition camera shots it freezes the frame causing me to reconnect the camera. It than grays ... Issue 2: My Audio/Video doesn't sync up across FB, RTMP(youtube), recording, and Wirecast. ... I know there is encoding etc. but 10 didn't have any issue with it. Like ... Audio continues to record.
