The name of the case management system you use for Safeguarding 4. The name of the case management system you use for Integrated Offender Management 4. The annual support and maintenance cost for the above systems i.e. the sum paid to the supplier annually 5. When are the contracts for the above due for renewal and the notice period? 6. Do you pay user licences for the above systems? 7. Do your partner agencies have access to the above systems? 8. Do your partners have to pay to access the above systems?
