Watch: Terrifying video shows toddler cheating death after race across ledge of multistory building in Tenerife
A toddler is lucky to be alive after she walked across the ledge of a high-rise building several stories off the ground in Tenerife. The video was shot by a horrified onlooker in the apartment block opposite. The clip shows the child walking along the edge of the building on what appears to be the fourth floor of the apartment block. It seems as if the child climbed out the window before making her way onto the ledge. She walked across the narrow lip and attempted to climb up over the side of the balcony before changing her mind.
