Facebook app support shutting down on both PS3 and PS Vita
If, for whatever reason, your PlayStation 3 or PlayStation Vita consoles were your go-to method for accessing and browsing Facebook, you’ll soon have to find another avenue for getting all of the latest updates from your Facebook friends as support for the Facebook app is officially being discontinued on both platforms. Sony has confirmed that the Facebook app for PS3 and PS Vita will be gone forever come January, 2016. The app is no longer available on the PSN Store for either platform and all Facebook functionality for other PS3 and PS Vita programs has also been discontinued.
